This range, which encompass side tables and coffee tables as well as larger sideboard tables, are all made from a heavy, dark metal bronze.
While a relatively unique and underused material when it comes to furnishings and tables, these bronze tables are weighty and really lend themselves to a juxtaposition of different textures and finishes.
Notice how, while the surface of each table is smooth with a slightly elevated edge that creates a border, the stem and/or legs of the table are textured – almost as if to represent tree trunks or branches.
The addition of a rough texture gives these tables personality and creates a look which feels both more natural and more playful.
Another thing worth noting is that while the side tables are held up by a bowed and decorative single stem frame, the coffee table has three legs, and the sideboard has legs at either end as well as in the centre of the furnishing.
This use of odd numbers offsets the balanced shapes of each table with stylish ease.
