Shoe Cabinets

Even the tidiest of folk will admit that rows of shoes in the hallway can be unsightly and, also, something of a hazard. A purpose made shoe cabinet can be the ideal solution and you don’t have to spend a fortune either. Self assembly units can be picked up from around £30 or more and, some of them, aren’t bad value either.

Solid Wood Shoe Cabinets

Most shoe cupboards you’ll find online will made from particle board or MDF with a woodgrain effect coating. More expensive options may have a solid wood frame and veneer side panels and doors in order to keep the cost down.

You can, however, but cabinets which are 100% solid wood and they, obviously, will cost more. You should, however, consider that, over the long term, solid wood shoe cabinets will last far longer than many of their budget counterparts.
