  2. Hi, Could you advise which retailers other than Very stock the Coral Bay range, in particular the two seater sofa please. Was this range exclusive to Very?

    • Hi Joanne, hope your’e enjoying the sunny weather?

      The Coral Bay range is exclusive to Very group, which is Very and Littlewoods so, no, it’s not available elsewhere. So sorry, the range is incredibly popular and what stock there is soon sells out. If the range was available elsewhere I can assure you it would be sold out there too.

      With the current situation regarding distribution I am not able to say when the range will be fully stocked other than later in June.

      • Thank you for your reply regarding the Coral Bay range sold at Very/Littlewoods however, I have further questions.. 1. You state this item could possibly be re-stocked by the end of June, have these retailers placed further orders with yourselves? 2. Is there an option to buy directly from thefurnitureco.uk please advise as I would rather wait to try and purchase this item rather than shop elsewhere. Thank you in advance.

  5. Hi I have ordered 6 pieces from the salsa range from John Lewis, but there was an error with delivery and one piece was missing which I am now struggling to get hold of and have an incomplete set. The piece missing is the garden table in orange ombré. Any advice?

  6. Hi, I want to know if there was a difference the Prague Graduated and Prague has i wanted the furniture to be matching has i couldn’t see a wardrobe in new oak in graduated range. Will they be same colour? ManyThanks, Kelly

    • Hi Kelly. Yes, the Prague Oak drawers and Prague Oak drawers will match.

      The range has changed a lot over the past couple of years and I appreciate it can be a bit confusing with all the different names. 🙂

  10. Hello i would like to purchase the Marbella 4 Door Wardrobe available on very.co.uk but confusingly, the product description says ‘Storage: Units with drawers’. Very don’t have any customer service at the moment, could someone please confirm what this means? Is there units with drawers inside the wardrobe?

    • Hi Felicity, that is confusing! The 4-door wardrobe has a pair of double-width hanging rails and a pair of high level, full-width shelves above. No drawers at all!

      Sorry for the confusion. Very are currently prioritising calls from credit customers in distress, with a much reduced number of staff too. I appreciate the frustration though.
